About Sarika

Being an innovator and a continuous learner, Sarika bring these very qualities to all things children. After doing her graduation in Human Development in Mumbai University, she went on to super specialise in the Early Years Curriculum Development in London, UK. It was here that she got to work alongside the best of minds where she picked up modern and disruptive techniques of child learning, teaching and engaging with parents.

Sarika, a mother herself, has very often been lauded for her ability to train the trainers for better student-teacher interface, and by parents to help bridge the gap with understanding children.

The co-founder of ‘Growing by Leaps n Bounds’, an early childhood learning centre and interface, Sarika truly believes that engaged and involved parents and teachers create equally inquisitive and enthusiastic children. But very often this journey between all of them need unique and at times even customised tools and techniques.

This is where Sarika will come in- to digitally create new and innovative learning, teaching and integrated experiences for both children, parents and teachers, to make these relationships stronger and more engaged.
